JORDAN ISNER
President/CEO
Jordan Isner is the President and CEO, leading the company’s development strategy and daily operations. He oversees land acquisitions, development, and contract negotiations to ensure alignment with the company’s vision. Since beginning his real estate career in 2019, Jordan has overseen the land acquisition, planning, and development of over 1,100 housing units, including single-family homes, townhomes, and multifamily properties.
Born in Greensboro, NC, Jordan attended the College of Charleston on a tennis scholarship, majoring in Corporate Communications. He spent the first 8 years of his career in the tennis industry, working as a private coach and later as the Director of Tennis at the Johan Kriek Tennis Academy in Palm Beach, FL, from 2015 to 2019. Jordan now resides in Charlotte and holds an active North Carolina Real Estate Broker’s license.
BOB ISNER
Senior Development Manager
Bob Isner serves as Senior Manager, directing the company’s investment strategy and overseeing its financial partnerships. He was the founder and CEO of Greensboro Contracting Corporation, established in 1984. Additionally, he founded Revival Properties and O’Henry Builders in 2001, running all three companies until 2021. His notable projects include Greensboro’s downtown Southside neighborhood, City View Apartments, and Deep Roots Market. Bob has spent his entire career in the real estate development and construction industry, bringing extensive expertise to every project.
Bob holds a BS in Biology from Davidson College and a master’s degree in civil engineering from N.C. State University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and maintains an active North Carolina Real Estate Broker’s license. Bob and his wife, Karen Hobbs Isner, reside in Greensboro, NC, and have three adult sons: Nathan, Jordan, and John.
